Keep every client project aligned with what was agreed.

The real project drifts from the contract — through email, meetings, and small favors that quietly become commitments. SentientScope maintains the current operational agreement, watches client communications for changes, and interrupts you only when a human decision is required.

Why SentientScope surfaced this
The request appears to cover work the agreement expressly excludes.

The operating loop

How it works

One issue, one screen, one decision — and the executed agreement only ever changes when a human records the formal update.

1
Agreement
Connect the signed SOW or contract. It stays in your Google Drive or OneDrive — SentientScope extracts the commitments and you verify every one.
2
Monitored baseline
The verified commitments become the Living Scope: deliverables, exclusions, limits, dates, and responsibilities, each with its source excerpt.
3
Exception
Forward or CC client email to the project's address. Routine messages stay quiet; a request that exceeds, changes, or contradicts the agreement becomes a decision.
4
Decision
One screen: what happened, the current agreement, why it was flagged, and the evidence. You choose — in scope, courtesy, paid change, clarification, or dismiss.
5
Client approval
Paid changes go to the client on a secure approval page. No client accounts, no seats. Approval is recorded — and the contract isn't updated yet.
6
Contract update
Approval creates an explicit task: complete your normal amendment or e-signature process outside SentientScope, then confirm it was completed.
7
Updated baseline
Only that confirmation updates the agreed baseline — and the new dates and tasks sync to your calendar and project tools.

Your data

How your data is handled

  • Your original agreements stay in your document system — Google Drive or OneDrive remains the source of record. SentientScope stores the verified commitments and the short source excerpts needed to monitor the project.
  • If you upload a copy instead, it’s processed once to build the Living Scope and then deleted.
  • Your mailbox is never stored. Only messages you forward or CC to a project address are checked, and only the relevant excerpt is kept.
  • AI is a stateless worker: every request is rebuilt from SentientScope’s own records, and no product feature depends on an AI provider remembering anything.
  • Humans make every business decision. The software never sets a price, approves scope, or declares a contract updated.

Most days

Nothing needs your attention.

That is the product working: routine conversation closes quietly, and the Decision Inbox stays empty until something genuinely exceeds, changes, or contradicts what was agreed.

Who it’s for

Built for small professional-service teams

Agencies, consultancies, dev shops, and implementation firms of roughly 2–40 people who deliver client work under written scopes — alongside Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and your existing project tools. SentientScope integrates with them; it doesn’t replace them.
