What counts toward capacity

A monitored team member is a person on your team whose connected mailbox SentientScope watches. Clients and other external approvers are never seats. An active client project is one being monitored now; archived and completed projects don't count, and their history stays.

How your agreement is handled

Your uploaded file is processed to build the verified scope, then the uploaded copy is deleted. SentientScope keeps the commitments and the exact excerpts it needs to explain every determination — not your document. Security & data handling →

No percentage fees, no meters

SentientScope never takes a cut of your change orders, sells no usage allowances, and nothing that is running is ever switched off by a plan limit. Reaching a capacity only stops you adding more until you archive a project, deactivate a teammate, or move up.
