These development terms summarize the intended agreement and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms before commercial launch.
The service
SentientScope monitors client projects against written agreements and coordinates change approvals and contract-update tracking. It is an operational tool: it is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not an electronic-signature or contract-execution service.
Operational vs. legal effect
A client's approval recorded in SentientScope is an operational acknowledgment between you and your client. It does not by itself amend any contract. Your contract changes through your own formal modification process outside SentientScope; the product records that you confirmed this process was completed.
Billing
Plans are billed by subscription with a 14-day trial that begins when your first monitored project is activated. Cancel before your trial expiration date to avoid being charged. No percentage fees are charged on change-order value.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of verified commitments, for decisions made in the product, and for completing your own contract modifications. Keep account credentials confidential; each team member must use their own account.
